Do you do custom or wholesale?
I do custom but only within my line of work. Currently, due to the pandemic, I am not able to do wholesale for my pottery.
Why are shipping prices so high?
Sadly due to the nature of pottery, it tends to be on the heavier side but note when I do go to purchase your shipping label and the amount is less I will refund you the difference. I also do use USPS priority if available because it insures if the package gets damaged or the piece is broken then it is covered.
What if my package arrived broken?
Please send me an email immediately with photos of the package as well as the item that is broken. The post office requests you keep the packaging in case you need to have it examined. I do not accept photos 48 hours after the delivery.
Are you pottery microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, they are, but I do recommend hand washing with a nonabrasive washcloth or sponge to help ensure the piece has a longer life.
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns at the moment as each piece is handmade and any imperfections should be celebrated. If there are any imperfections, the piece is usually discounted and is priced accordingly.
How often will you be launching new pottery and earrings?
I’m hoping to launch new pieces every couple of months but it all depends on when the clay feels like it’s ready.
